good morning! I love the sound of this recipe, but I believe the baking part is missing. I am pretty sure that 30 seconds under the broiler isn't enough to cook raw eggs. Thanks!
I found the recipe on Epicurious. Here's the baking part she left out! :)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover strata and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake until center is set, about 1 hour. Remove from oven. Preheat broiler. Place strata under broiler until top is golden, about 30 seconds. Cut into large squares and serve.

I have never tasted goat cheese,,, this strata does sound good though..
