I went to Trader Joes and shot myself a stuffed turkey breast. Then went and picked wild green beans in the veggie section and waded through the cranberry bog at Albertsons. Actually I did make my own cranberry sauce and baked some potatoes. My mom and husband said the dinner was great.( I don';t think I've made Thanksgiving dinner in all of the 10 years Guy and I have been married.) Anywho it was a nice peaceful holiday. Happy Holidays to you and yours Love, leslie
Cool photo~ I love that Cody has the gun, was he the one that brought it down? ;-) I have been posting photos of wild turkeys on my blog, there is a large flock in our area and they were on my roof earlier this week! About freaked me out!! But our turkey came from Safeway, I'm afraid.....

Oh my : )
WOW!
We did not kill the bird we ate.
We spent it with our family and it was nearly perfect!
What is not to love about stuffing?
Really? Getting a turkey at the market wasn't OK? Not sure why hunting is elevated to such a prideful thing . . . .
wranglerkate-do you not think that they kill the meat that you get at the market? I love the pic-should be framed!
so funny I used the exact same title for my post today! yours looked magnificent!
Great photo.... :o) I agree - it needs to be framed....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
Wow, did not see the turkey at first. That's a big bird.
That is an AWESOME picture! We bought our bird, but yours is way cooler!
Not that for sure.
What a great photo! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

This rings very "Rockwell" to me!
I hope that you place it in one of your FAB frames and display it with posterity.

P.S. Also hoping to pop into R&R on Friday...gotta convince the men to detour on the way to Leavenworth.
I'm impressed! It nice to know exactly where your food came from and how it's processed! Awesome photo - definitely frame it
