~what I've been eating~

~Protein pancakes~
So, the recipe doesn't look too appetizing, however,
if you are watching your
{new years resolution}
waistline, give these a try.
 I top mine with can't believe it's not butter spray and sugar free syrup,
YUM!
I have been eating these almost everyday, sometimes for dinner....

Recipe and photo from here.

Those look so good! I've been eating a bowl of oatmeal with berries and a spoonful of Justin's honey almond butter. Now if I could just get motivated to workout regularly I might just make some progress...

I want to try but the recipe list
"1/2 cottage cheese or Greek yogurt"
1/2 what? Cup?

Thanks!

I made these pancakes and you are right, they are yummy! Thanks for a figure friendly recipe. I have been working out 3-4 times per week and this recipe will help give me energy throughout the morning and I won't snack on junk! That's key for me! Blessings, Pamela

My husband make oatmeal pancakes too! He doesn't add the protein powder, but I will suggest that to him. He also tops it with coconut oil, which he loves!

My family's favorite pancake recipe is my grandmother's homemade Swedish pancakes and they use cottage cheese. None of us like cottage cheese by itself and anyone who hears the ingredients thinks "huh?!" But they are sooooo yummy! So moist and not dry at all. I'll have to try this version since it's a bit healthier!

jams & preserves make nice substitutions for sugar free surup too!
