~clean eating pumpkin bread recipe~

It's been a while since I've posted a recipe here. I've been posting a lot of them on the fitness blog, but thought I'd share one here as well. I made this for breakfast yesterday. So good with a cup of coffee and fresh berries! It's been sunny enough to have breakfast on the porch, which I love doing in the wee hours of the morning while the kids are still sleeping!


I made pumpkin butter to go with this too.


Before baking I added a mixture of turnbinado sugar {trader joe's} and cinnamon and swirled it on the top!

just getting into the clean eating thing....1 step at a time, right?!...gonna try this as I LOVE pumpkin bread!

I made this yesterday and it was still in cooks after an hour and 10 min. Did you split the batter? I think it might have been the pumpkin puree consistency, I made my own puree. It does taste divine though
